Remote Student Success Consultant

What You'll Do

? Consultation Guide parents through personalized consultations to help them navigate their student s learning journey.

? Relationship Building: Act as the primary contact for parents, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.

? Student Success Strategies: Assess student needs and collaborate with parents to develop tailored learning strategies.

? Problem Solving: Address challenges with creative solutions and ensure parent and student satisfaction.

Available Shifts

?? Flexible scheduling available

?? Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST (Any day of the week)

?? Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM PST (Any day of the week)

Must commit to at least 20 hours per week.

? Experience in Customer Service or Education (Preferred): Prior experience is a plus but not required entry-level candidates are welcome!
