What You’ll Do

You’ll own the day-to-day organic social execution for a portfolio of client accounts, managing content calendars, writing and publishing posts, and ensuring each brand shows up in a way that is platform-native, consistent, and strategically aligned to client goals. You’ll translate broader marketing objectives into always-on organic content strategies, balancing planned campaigns, evergreen content, and real-time opportunities across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels.

You’ll proactively identify trends, cultural moments, and competitive insights to inform content ideation and optimization, ensuring our clients remain relevant and engaging in fast-moving social environments. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media, Creative, Owned Media, and Client Strategy teams to bring integrated campaigns to life while maintaining strong attention to brand voice, approvals, and publishing accuracy.

You’ll also be responsible for monitoring performance, building client-ready reports, and translating analytics into actionable recommendations that improve engagement, reach, and overall content effectiveness. As a client-facing executional lead, you’ll participate in calls, provide content and performance updates, and build trust through proactive communication and high-quality delivery.

Additionally, you may support community management, social listening, lightweight creative production, and assist with influencer and creator coordination to strengthen organic programs.

What your day-to-day will look like

Content Planning & Publishing

Managing and updating multiple client content calendars simultaneously

Writing captions and crafting posts tailored to platform and brand voice

Scheduling, QA’ing, and publishing content across social platforms and scheduling tools

Repurposing existing assets into platform-native formats (Reels, TikToks, carousels, etc.)

Trend Mining & Proactive Ideation

Monitoring TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms daily for trends

Bringing proactive content ideas and reactive opportunities to internal teams

Identifying culturally relevant moments that align with brand positioning

Leveraging social listening tools to identify opportunities for client engagement

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Reviewing platform analytics and identifying high- and low-performing content

Pulling insights for weekly and monthly reporting

Iterating on formats, hooks, cadence, and messaging based on performance data

Leading quarterly planning sessions to ensure brand alignment

Client & Internal Collaboration

Joining client calls and internal syncs to align on strategy and upcoming campaigns

Managing approvals, feedback, and revisions across multiple stakeholders

Collaborating with creative, paid media, and strategy teams on integrated initiatives

Serve as a subject matter expert on new business opportunities

What you’ll bring to the role

Social Media Execution & Ownership

2-5 years of hands-on organic social media experience (agency experience strongly preferred)

Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously

A true “hands-on keyboard” mindset with strong executional follow-through

Platform Expertise & Content Fluency

Deep understanding of mainstream and emerging social media platforms

Strong knowledge of platform best practices, formats, and algorithm-driven content behaviors

Ability to adapt tone, messaging, and creative approach across diverse brands and industries

Copywriting & Creative Skills

Excellent social copywriting skills with a strong sense of voice and audience nuance

Experience with lightweight creative tools (Canva, CapCut, Edits, etc.)

Strong eye for engaging, native, and culturally relevant content

Analytics & Strategic Thinking

Comfort with social analytics, reporting tools, and performance interpretation

Ability to translate data into actionable content and optimization recommendations

Detail-oriented with a test-and-learn mindset

Client Communication & Professional Presence

Confidence in client-facing environments and content/performance discussions

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage feedback, revisions, and shifting priorities professionally

Bonus Qualifications

Experience supporting influencer or creator campaigns

Familiarity with social listening tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, etc.)

Knowledge of project management and work collaboration tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
