Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement innovative strategies.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a positive online presence for the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design and content presentation.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or similar is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is preferred.

Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior internship or personal project experience in social media management is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full‑time position (8 hours per day).
  • Flexible working hours with remote setup.
