Job Description
We are a digital marketing agency looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with content creation, email marketing and social media management.
Duties required
- Social media management
- Content creation
- Email marketing, using MailChimp and Constant Contact
- Formatting email newsletters
- Designing social media graphics
- Uploading videos to YouTube
- Light video editing
- Light copywriting
- Formatting blog posts on WordPress
- Posting/sending all content
- Helping out with other tasks in the company. May include updating WordPress pages, helping with project management, creating automations in Zapier, etc.
Qualifications
The following skills and knowledge are required for this position:
- Basic graphic design skills
- Has excellent written English
- Can upload videos to YouTube
- Knows how to use MailChimp/Constant Contact
- Has experience adding content to WordPress blogs
- Light video editing skills
- Social media management and content creation skills
Ideally would have familiarity with the following systems:
- GoHighLevel
- Zapier
MUST INCLUDE SAMPLES OF WORK.
Terms of employment
The job will begin part-time and if it’s a good fit, will rapidly become a full-time position. You must be available between 9am and 6pm Central time and do not need to live in the US.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 per hour
