Parameter Tracking Tool

Trying to create a Parameter Tracking Tool (PTT). This software tool needs to have a User Friendly GUI where user can input two columns of Key Performance Parameter data, input a minimum threshold requirement value, a maximum objective requirement value, click on checkboxes for the various numerical methods (regression models) to run on the user input data, plot out the regression model prediction with the input data on X-Y plot that can be saved as jpeg file for later use in a presentation. The PTT needs to plot out when the KPP exceeds either the objective requirement or the threshold requirement. Each regression model will have its own prediction of when either the threshold value or objective value is exceeded. The plotting function should show both the threshold and objective requirement on the chart as a solid line. I need to have a Windows executable BETA version that I can demonstrate to my customer on any Windows OS or MAC OS. It would also be nice if the input data could be selected from an EXCEL file, text file, ASC-II file format, etc... but for now I just need a BETA version where I can input the data manually if need be. The programmer I hire for this job must sign a Non-Disclosure and Use agreement for the code meaning this idea which is Patent Pending will not be released to anyone nor the code. I will own the source code for both the core program and GUI.
