Quarterly Social Media Video Content Shoots at DMV Shopping Centers

We are a marketing team for a commercial real estate management company with shopping centers all across the DMV. We are looking for a videographer who specializes in short-form, social media/UGC-style content to conduct quarterly shoots at a total of 26 properties.

Main Scope - 24 Centers

• Quarterly shoots (4x per year)
• Full-day shoots (half-day for smaller centers with fewer merchants)
• 5 merchants per property, per quarter
• 3 pieces of bite-sized content (10–15 seconds) per merchant - 15 edited videos per property
• Quick exterior B-roll
• 10 edited photos

Additional Scope - Village at Leesburg & Towers Shopping Center

• Quarterly shoot (4x per year)
• Full-day shoot
• 10 merchants per property, per quarter
• 3 pieces of bite-sized content (10–15 seconds) per merchant - 30 edited videos per shoot
• Quick exterior B-roll
• 20 edited photos
