Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand objectives. Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content (text, images, video) for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). Manage social media posting schedules, ensuring consistent and timely updates. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive interactions. Analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and generate regular reports with actionable insights. Identify target audiences and develop tailored content and campaigns to reach them effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives. Experiment with new platforms, tools, and strategies to optimize performance and explore new growth opportunities. Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ad creative development. Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes, emerging social media trends, and best practices. Manage online reputation and address any negative feedback or crises professionally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media marketing and digital strategy. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns. In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms. Strong content creation skills (writing, basic graphic design/video editing) are highly desirable. Excellent understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing principles. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and a passion for digital storytelling. Experience with paid social advertising is essential.
