Key Responsibilities

Monitor and engage with social media comments and messages across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Assist in scheduling and posting pre-approved content.
Identify trending topics and relevant conversations to inform content strategy.
Report on social media engagement metrics and community feedback.
Provide basic customer service support by directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain brand consistency in all digital interactions.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Excellent written communication skills in English and Norwegian.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
Basic understanding of online etiquette and community management.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience (personal or professional) managing social media accounts.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
