[Remote] Care Coordinator Sr - $17.25 - $23.25/hour

The role involves handling inquiries, assisting with order processing, and troubleshooting issues while maintaining customer information and meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for inbound customer issues via phone, email, or instant messaging.
• Resolve a high volume of inquiries related to One Call Care Management products and services.
• Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and use available tools to determine solutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the proper resource and follow up to build knowledge and skills.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain updated customer information.
• Meet established standards for quality, scheduling, and average handle time.
• Provide guidance or mentoring to less experienced Customer Service Associates.

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of company products, services, and operations.
• High-level customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient computer and navigation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
