Social Media Content Coordinator (Chinese, Remote – U.S.)

This is a fully remote, U.S.-based position.

Professional-leve Chinese reading & writing is required.

ATourdoer Travel is a global hiking and soft-adventure brand offering in-depth, high-quality trekking and cultural experience routes across 70+ countries and hundreds of world-class trails.

We are building a new cross-border content operations system and are looking for a Social Media Content Operations Specialist (Bilingual: Chinese & English) to join our long-term remote team.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-platform content publishing (Xiaohongshu / Instagram / Meta / YouTube / TikTok)
• Organize image and video assets; perform basic editing, formatting, and uploads
• Maintain posting schedules, coordinate publishing cadence, and handle basic user inquiries
• Use platform promotion tools and basic analytics to support content performance
• Assist with social media advertising execution and monitoring
• Contribute to building standardized and structured content systems

Requirements

• Strong execution, reliability, and self-motivation
• Solid aesthetic sense with an ability to deliver clean, professional visuals
• Familiarity with Xiaohongshu and major overseas social platforms
• Strong Chinese copywriting skills; proficient English communication
• Experience with SEO, social media ads, or AI tools is a plus
• Must have valid long-term U.S. work authorization
