Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, chats, and emails from prospective clients seeking product or service information
• Identify customer needs through active listening and effective questioning to recommend suitable solutions
• Guide customers through the sales process, including explaining features, benefits, and pricing details clearly and confidently
• Enter customer data accurately into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and update records as needed
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales opportunities
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve sales strategies, and enhance overall customer experience
• Handle basic cash transactions or payment processing when necessary with accuracy and integrity
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly for analysis and future reference
• Contribute to team goals by achieving individual sales targets and supporting overall department objectives

• Strong analysis skills to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
• Attention to detail when handling cash transactions or processing payments accurately
• Fast typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation tasks
• Knowledge of call center protocols, phone etiquette, and customer support best practices
