We’re looking for an organized, positive Administrative Assistant/Social Media Support hybrid to help keep our remote marketing team running smoothly. We work mostly with content creators, so expect a fast-paced, creative environment with lots of moving pieces. You’ll support our marketing leads by keeping client tasks on track, helping with basic social media execution, and handling light administrative duties like preparing numbers for monthly invoices.

ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Support Duties

  • Assist with executing base-level social media tasks for clients
  • Base-level video editing (simple cuts, trimming, adding captions, resizing for platforms, etc.)
  • Track content deliverables, posting calendars, and client schedules. We utilize software for this, you'll run the software.
  • Provide weekly updates on client progress and completed tasks. As well as track performance on a monthly level to show clients wins. Or help demonstrate why they saw losses if data doesn't trend up.
  • Support marketing leads with client growth strategies and creative deliverables
  • Help with light outreach to potential clients or collaborators. Very generous incentive program/bonus based on successful delivery of a client.
  • Keep dashboards, trackers, and client task lists up to date and moving forward
  • Oversee our overseas clipping/video editing team to provide deliverables for clients to be posted on their page. Make sure they're on task and delivering what's required to fulfill our posting needs.

Administrative Assistant Duties

  • Maintain organized digital files using Google Workspace + Microsoft Office
  • Light invoicing prep (gathering numbers, tracking tasks, preparing info for monthly billing)
  • Data entry, record keeping, and updating databases
  • Manage calendars, schedule remote meetings, and oversee timelines
  • Send out new client agreements, follow up if they don't sign, help clients provide access needed for us to start work.
  • Ensure all daily tasks across all clients are completed and properly recorded
  • Assist with internal communication, updates, and project coordination

Skills

  • Basic Social Media Management Skills
  • Basic video editing ability (CapCut, Adobe Express, Canva, or similar tools)
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Fast, accurate typing for communication and data entry
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content workflows
  • Experience with proofreading, light bookkeeping, or QuickBooks is a bonus
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients/projects at once
  • Friendly, proactive communicator who brings good energy to a remote team
  • Ability to provide consistent daily updates and stay on top of task tracking

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
