Volunteer Internship positions are available immediately and for the Winter term.

Responsibilities
Outreach Interns are responsible for seeking partnership with authors, illustrators, editors, PR agents, and other officials within the Book and Pop Culture industry. Bookstr is the place to get your feet wet in the literary industry while also being able to talk with the authors you read and love.
- Reaching out to Bookish Social Media Influencers
- Reaching out to Authors and Agents for interviews
- Curating engaging interviews specific to Bookstr’s style and format
- Collaborating with editorial, graphics, and video teams
While experience isn’t required, a resume and cover letter are. Applications without both a RESUME and COVER LETTER will not be considered.
Applicants must be
- A team player
- Able to work independently
- Have a sense of organization and attention to detail
- Able to conduct thorough research
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
This position is open to both current college students, graduates, and those seeking a career change to the PR/Marketing realm.
This is a part-time volunteer position - College Credit available where applicable.
