Appointment Setter - Commission Based

Role Description
This is a contract-based, remote role for an Appointment Setter. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound conversations and book qualified appointments for the sales team.
You will generate and nurture leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and follow-up communication, while maintaining a professional, friendly, and confident tone. Success in this role comes from consistency, strong communication, and the ability to build quick rapport with business owners.
You will work closely with internal team members to ensure appointments are properly scheduled, confirmed, and documented in the CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and send outbound emails to potential clients
- Qualify prospects and book appointments with decision-makers
- Follow up with warm leads via phone, email, and SMS
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
- Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows through proper follow-up
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting targets
- Communicate clearly with the sales team regarding lead quality and notes
Qualifications
- Strong skills in appointment setting and appointment scheduling
- Experience with lead generation (cold calling, cold emailing, outreach campaigns)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle objections
- Highly organized with good time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in commission-based or performance-based roles is a plus
- Experience using CRM tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Access to a reliable internet connection, phone, and remote work tools
- Authorized to work in the United States
