[Remote] Digital Content & Social Media Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. dotline Agency is looking for a creative storyteller and social media enthusiast to generate compelling content and manage its rollout across digital platforms. This hybrid role merges content creation with page management and online engagement, focusing on writing, scheduling, and analyzing social media posts.

Responsibilities

• Write and localize social media posts and captions in Arabic and English
• Create content concepts (Reels, visuals, campaigns, scripts)
• Schedule and publish posts using Meta Business Suite or similar tools
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions
• Coordinate with designers and editors to bring ideas to life
• Prepare monthly content calendars tailored to each client
• Conduct audience and trend research
• Analyze content and social media performance
• Propose creative campaigns and report on engagement
• Suggest best posting times and improvements based on insights

Skills

• Degree in Marketing, Media, or related field — OR certified training in digital content and social media Specialist
• 1+ years of experience in content creation and/or managing social media accounts
• Excellent writing skills in Arabic and English
• Familiarity with Meta tools, TikTok, LinkedIn, and platform algorithms
• Basic understanding of SEO in content writing
