Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors & Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant
Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Workforce Software (WFS), specifically in ACT, PT101, and PT102 modules. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support for Time & Attendance solutions within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and Workforce Software (WFS) implementations.
- Configure, test, and deploy WFS ACT (Advanced Configuration Tools), PT101, and PT102 functionalities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions across Time & Attendance, Absence, Scheduling, and Payroll-adjacent modules.
- Perform detailed requirement gathering, GAP analysis, and create functional/technical documentation.
- Configure time policies, accruals, schedules, compliance rules, overtime rules, pay calculations, and integrations.
- Conduct end-to-end unit testing, regression testing, and UAT support.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless cross-module and cross-system integration.
- Troubleshoot system issues and deliver production support.
- Provide training, knowledge transfer, and documentation for business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software (WFS).
- Deep expertise in WFS ACT, PT101, PT102 configuration and rule development.
- Strong understanding of time tracking, attendance management, absence rules, overtime calculations, and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of HR/Payroll processes, including time valuation and downstream impacts.
- Experience with integration frameworks (API, SFTP, middleware such as Dell Boomi, CPI) is a plus.
- Ability to perform system testing, documentation, and user training.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) knowledge.
- Previous implementation experience in USA, Canada, or multi-country global time environments.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise HR systems.
