They are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level customers, focusing on nurturing relationships and driving adoption of their document exchange and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a book of major enterprise accounts, including providers, IDNs, pharma leaders, and healthcare technology partners
  • Deepen relationships to drive expansion into new departments, workflows, and data process automation use cases
  • Promote adoption of the company’s secure document exchange platform and AI-powered document processing suite
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving increased footprint across large, complex healthcare organizations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer workflows and helping them maximize value from secure exchange and intelligent automation tools
  • Conduct business reviews, develop account strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Represent the company at industry events and tradeshows (e.g., RSNA), with light travel to customer sites

Skills

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare IT, workflow automation, document exchange, EHR-integrated solutions, or consulting services
  • Experience selling complex, technical solutions to large healthcare organizations
  • Proven ability to expand existing enterprise customers and consistently hit or exceed quota
  • Strong relationship-building skills and comfort navigating large, matrixed organizations
  • Someone who thrives in a mid-sized, fast-moving environment with significant ownership
  • Background selling solutions such as secure document exchange / health data interoperability
  • Background selling intelligent document processing (IDP), automation platforms, or AI workflow tools
  • Background selling automation / RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath)
  • Background selling connectivity into EHRs (HL7/FHIR), RIS/PACS, or document management environments
