About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in paid social and search advertising to plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone with around 3 years of experience, who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and reliable, and who understands how to drive measurable ROI through disciplined campaign management. You will manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, with a weekly media spend of approximately USD 30,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, with a strong focus on ROI and performance KPIs.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets strategically, continuously optimizing spend across channels based on performance.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS, and make data-backed optimization decisions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and structured experiments on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and budgets to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the social and creative teams to develop platform-optimized ad creatives (copy, images, and video).
  • Analyze and interpret campaign data, providing clear insights and regular performance reporting.
  • Make real-time adjustments to reduce inefficient spend and scale high-performing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, advertising tools, and best practices in paid media and analytics.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social and/or paid search campaigns, ideally with performance- or ROI-driven goals.
  • Solid experience with Google Ads and social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in using data to guide optimization decisions.
  • Proven experience with A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative optimization.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin (Putonghua).

  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Familiarity with broader digital marketing channels such as email marketing or SEO.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
