Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content and discussions across multiple social media platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to user comments, messages, and inquiries in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Identify and escalate sensitive issues, trends, or potential crises to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive online community environment.
- Collaborate with social media managers and content creators to ensure consistent messaging.
- Track and report on common themes, questions, and community sentiment.
- Stay informed about current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in navigating and using various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines meticulously.
- Empathy and a customer-centric approach to online interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with online collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, community management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
