RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be present onsite to assist with the execution of the contingency plan in case of a clinicians' strike.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of the onboarding process.
  • Assist in preparing all necessary documentation, materials, and resources for the replacement clinicians' onboarding process.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork, contracts, and policies are organized and readily available.
  • Maintain open communication with team to stay updated on the status of the potential strike and any changes in the situation.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with replacement clinicians during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Participate in the orientation and training sessions for replacement clinicians, helping them become familiar with the organization's culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Facilitate introductions to key team members and provide guidance on the daily workflow and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of the onboarding processes.
  • Ensure that all necessary resources are available and accessible to replacement clinicians as they start their assignments.
  • Address any challenges or issues that may arise during the onboarding process, finding creative solutions to ensure a smooth transition for replacement clinicians.
  • Maintain accurate records of the onboarding process, including attendance, completion of training modules, and any required paperwork.
  • Provide timely updates to the HR team regarding the progress of the onboarding process.
  • Performs additional duties as requested by management.
  • Willing to travel up to 8-14 days during the strike.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR, onboarding, or coordination roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
  • Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Compensation Range

$18.27 - $22.40
