Part-Time Social Media & Client Assistant (Remote)

  • *Description:**

We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Social Media & Client Coordinator to help manage our online presence and client communications. This part-time role starts at 5–10 hours per week with the potential to grow into more hours or full-time.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Answer emails and respond to client promptly
  • Make phone calls to follow up on leads or client requests
  • Monitor and manage client notifications (Facebook, messages, etc.)
  • Post content to Facebook groups and other social media platforms
  • Create simple graphics or schedule posts for social media (Experience with canva or other graphic tools are a plus!)
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
  • *Requirements:**
  • Comfortable using social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
