Customer Support & Scheduling Assistant (Remote – Flexible Hours) Pay: $200–$1,000 per week Job Type: Remote | Part-time | Full-time | Contract | Flexible Job Summary We are hiring a Customer Support & Scheduling Assistant to help new customers get started with our laundry pickup & delivery service. This is a remote, flexible role with no experience required. You choose when you work and how much you earn. Responsibilities • Assist customers with basic questions about our laundry service • Send information using pre-written scripts • Help customers schedule their first pickup • Share your referral link (online or in person) • Track new sign-arenaflex through your dashboard • Provide simple updates to the team No cold-calling. No sales pressure. Just answer questions → help schedule → you earn.
