Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML professional with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, develop, and optimize intelligent solutions for the accounting and finance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fine-tuning LLMs, building domain-specific agents, and creating insight-driven chatbots that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• LLM Development & Fine-Tuning
• Customize and fine-tune LLMs for accounting and finance use cases (e.g., compliance, audit automation, financial reporting).
• Implement prompt engineering and reinforcement learning techniques to improve model accuracy and relevance.
• Domain-Specific AI Agents
• Build intelligent agents capable of performing accounting tasks such as reconciliations, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Integrate agents with ERP systems and financial platforms for real-time insights.
• Conversational AI & Chatbots
• Design and deploy chatbots for finance teams to answer queries, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure chatbot responses are accurate, compliant, and context-aware.
• Data & Insights
• Develop pipelines for structured and unstructured financial data ingestion.
• Create dashboards and analytics tools powered by AI for CFOs and finance leaders.
• Collaboration & Compliance
• Work closely with finance SMEs to ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with LLM architectures (GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, etc.) and fine-tuning techniques.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
• Domain Knowledge
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial data structures.
• AI/ML Skills
