Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven SEM Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing paid search campaigns across multiple digital ad platforms and overseeing campaign reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook), TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads, and Reddit Ads.
- Manage multiple paid advertising platforms, including budgets, bids, and daily spend, to ensure efficient resource allocation and KPI achievement.
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and selection to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROI.
- Write compelling ad copy and continuously test variations to improve click-through and conversion rates via AI tools and industry best practices.
- Create, manage, and maintain Looker Studio reports, Supermetrics, and Google Sheets to track campaign performance, KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations, including opportunities to expand and optimize the campaign.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, design, etc.) to align SEM strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Stay current with SEM, SEO, and paid social trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience managing SEM campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook), TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads, and Reddit Ads.
- Experience creating and managing Looker Studio reports and Google Sheets for campaign tracking and analytics.
- Competence in solving problems with both a data-driven and qualitative approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fun, easy-going personality with the ability to work well within a team.
- Self-starter mentality with a goal-oriented approach and strong initiative.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
