Social Media Recruiter – TikTok (Remote)

Overview

LIMOR, a women-owned creator agency, is seeking a Social Media Recruiter to help grow our TikTok Live creator network. Recruiters will reach out to creators, explain our onboarding process, and support them through setup. This role is fully remote and contract-based, offering flexible hours and performance-based pay.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with TikTok Live creators through social platforms.
• Present LIMOR’s mission and onboarding process to potential recruits.
• Assist creators with completing applications and joining community tools.
• Keep accurate records of outreach and recruitment activity.
• Communicate regularly with agency leaders regarding recruitment progress.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Familiar with TikTok and social media culture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Prior recruiting, sales, or influencer experience is helpful, but not required.
• Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement preferred.

Compensation

This is a commission-based contractor position. Pay includes:

• $5 per Active Creator recruited (active = minimum 15 hours live and 7 days streaming in a month).
• 10% monthly commission from LIMOR’s share of diamonds earned by your recruited creators (ongoing).
• Weekly leaderboard bonuses ($50 / $25 / $15).
• Additional monthly and annual milestone bonuses.

Recruiter earnings vary based on performance. Average recruiters earn between $100–$750/month, while top recruiters currently earn over $2,000/month.
