Job Summary

I am seeking an Administrator in helping me get my business organized through Google Drive (folders and spreadsheets) and Apple Contacts. Also, need Social Media Assistant who knows how to post on Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping with orgazinization via Google Drive, organizational skills, and digital marketing and familiarity with various social media platforms and tools. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate and marketing while contributing to the growth of a dynamic professional.

Duties

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as loading new contacts in my apple contacts, keeping track of active, under agreement and sold listings through my Google Drive Spread sheet (data input), managing correspondence, helping with schedule, client follow up and maintaining organized records.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts on Instagram. Proficiency with Instagram with posting stories and reels.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility of property listings and related content.
  • Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, open houses, and community events.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism before publishing.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Instagram posting stories, reels etc.
  • Experience in iphone video editing / clipping using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies (a plus not necessary)
  • Ability to create compelling content (a plus not necessary)
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills for engaging with clients, followers, and community partners. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to develop their skills in business developement and digital marketing within the real estate industry while supporting a professional Realtor’s business growth through innovative online strategies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
