This is a 3 month contract, part-time role (about 5 - 20 hours/week), with the potential to extend based on business needs. It is ideal for someone who can operate autonomously, execute targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates while partnering closely with hiring teams. Proficiency in Greenhouse is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and other hiring managers to define role requirements, key competencies, and hiring timelines.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
  • Build and execute strong sourcing strategies using various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pipelines, job boards, referrals, niche communities).
  • Engage and evaluate candidates across both technical and business functions, assessing skill fit, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, pipelines, and workflows in Greenhouse; generate reporting and share insights with hiring teams.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate structured hiring decisions.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and transparent process management.
  • Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, compensation insights, and best practices to support competitive hiring.
  • Contribute to process improvements and recruiting operations to help streamline and optimize hiring.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with strong exposure to both Product and Engineering hiring.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across a mix of functions (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Finance).
  • Proven sourcing skills with the ability to identify, engage, and convert high-quality passive candidates.
  • Hands-on experience using Greenhouse for full-cycle recruiting, pipeline management, reporting, and workflow optimization.
  • Solid understanding of technical roles and product development processes.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to providing a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

  • Experience filling senior or hard-to-hire technical roles.
  • Background supporting early-stage or scaling companies.
  • Familiarity with structured interviewing and assessment frameworks.
  • Knowledge of DEI sourcing and hiring practices.

This is an hourly rate 1099 position and not eligible for any company benefits.
