Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of content moderation guidelines and training materials.
Stay updated on evolving content trends, platform changes, and policy updates.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive content.
Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure a cohesive moderation strategy.

Required Skills

Minimum of 1 year of experience in content moderation, online safety, or a related field.
Demonstrated strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to make sound judgments quickly and consistently under pressure.
High level of empathy and emotional resilience when exposed to sensitive and potentially disturbing content.
Proficiency in using content moderation tools and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
