Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of content moderation guidelines and training materials.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive content.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure a cohesive moderation strategy.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in content moderation, online safety, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to make sound judgments quickly and consistently under pressure.
• High level of empathy and emotional resilience when exposed to sensitive and potentially disturbing content.
• Proficiency in using content moderation tools and platforms.
