Responsibilities
- Inputting data from various sources into our databases with high accuracy.
- Reviewing and verifying data for completeness and consistency.
- Updating existing records and correcting errors as needed.
- Generating reports based on data analysis and input.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and ensuring data security.
- Collaborating with team members to improve data entry processes.
- Assisting in training new employees on data entry protocols and software.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
