The Chief Executive Advisor will oversee global operational strategy and business execution, ensuring operational divisions function cohesively to achieve strategic alignment and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Optar Finance’s global operations to ensure alignment with corporate strategy, performance objectives, and regulatory standards
• Design and implement operational frameworks that enhance scalability, efficiency, and reliability across all business functions
• Integrate technology, automation, and data analytics to streamline workflows and strengthen transparency
• Oversee day-to-day operational performance, ensuring coordination across product, technology, compliance, and client delivery teams
• Partner with executive leadership to execute Optar Finance’s long-term strategy for sustainable growth and market expansion
• Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans, governance structures, and performance metrics
• Lead transformation initiatives focused on scalability, operational efficiency, and innovation
• Anticipate market, regulatory, and technological shifts in fintech and digital finance to maintain Optar Finance’s competitive edge
• Oversee operational readiness and execution for Optar Finance’s expansion into priority markets
• Develop scalable go-to-market and partnership frameworks supporting institutional adoption and cross-border collaboration
• Strengthen operational connectivity between technology innovation and traditional financial systems
• Ensure operational infrastructure meets global regulatory, compliance, and service delivery standards
• Maintain robust governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks across all operational domains
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure adherence to international data, security, and regulatory standards
• Implement risk mitigation and business continuity plans that safeguard institutional clients and operations
• Promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and integrity throughout the organization
• Build, mentor, and lead a world-class global operations team focused on performance, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Foster collaboration across functions and geographies to align operational goals with corporate objectives
• Develop leadership pipelines, succession planning, and professional growth programs
• Champion Optar Finance’s values of sustainability, trust, and technological excellence
• Oversee operational budgeting, resource allocation, and cost efficiency

Skills

• 18–20+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategic management, or executive leadership within fintech, blockchain, or institutional financial services
• Proven success in scaling global organizations and leading operational transformation
• Strong understanding of fintech infrastructure, capital markets, and ESG or digital asset ecosystems
• Expertise in operational strategy, governance, and process optimization
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering required
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
