Railsware is seeking a tech-savvy marketing copywriter for their Coupler.io team, which is a data integration and AI analytics platform. The role involves creating engaging marketing content across various formats, focusing on B2B audiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling marketing content for B2B audiences across multiple formats, including landing pages and social media posts
- Conduct comprehensive research on the topic
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering) to gather insights
- Transform technical use cases and best practices into accessible marketing content
- Ensure content aligns with marketing objectives, brand guidelines, and conversion goals
- Dig into new topics, covering different contexts and technical aspects, delivering outstanding content
- Contribute to content strategy beyond SEO, focusing on thought leadership, brand storytelling, and user engagement
- Bring creative ideas and strategic thinking to improve content across all marketing channels
- Ensure content accuracy through fact-checking and stakeholder review
Skills
- At least 2 years of creating high-quality content for B2B SaaS products (landing pages, blog posts, technical articles, social posts, marketing materials, etc.)
- Proven track record of creating high-converting landing pages, persuasive marketing copy, and other short-form types of content
- Strong UX writing skills with the ability to create clear, scannable marketing content that guides users toward action.
- Comfortable breaking down complex tech topics for a non-technical business audience
- Advanced understanding of storytelling, composition, and narrative structure
- Excellent research skills to dive deep into topics and extract meaningful insights
- Exceptional writing skills with impeccable grammar, tone consistency, and brand voice adaptation
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and a logical approach to structuring complex information for maximum clarity
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across marketing, product, and engineering teams
- Able to operate effectively with minimal supervision.
- Confident collaborating directly with subject-matter experts.
- Proactive in developing a deep understanding of the product, its features, and its value proposition
- Take full ownership of responsibilities and see projects through to completion.
- Highly organized, able to manage workload across multiple content streams.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and the ability to use data insights to inform your marketing copy
- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience working directly in design tools (e.g., Figma) to input or refine content
