Are you a current or former Field Foreman or Operations Manager tired of the 2:00 AM calls, long days, or simply looking for something new? We are looking for an industry veteran who knows exactly what happens when equipment fails in the field.
We want someone who has stood on a pad, understands the cost of downtime, and can speak peer-to-peer with operators about our specialized repair and maintenance products. You will manage a Colorado West-based territory, providing technical solutions that help producers extend the life of their assets.
RapiCure Solutions, Inc., based at The Forge Campus in Loveland, CO, is commercializing new technologies for infrastructure repair and protection. Position Overview
You will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the oil and gas, water, and/or electric industry. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide effective solutions.

Roles & responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and product presentations.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and product knowledge.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, or in-field customer visits as needed.
Preferred Qualifications or Experience
- Operation, construction or maintenance fieldwork experience in the water, oil and gas, electric or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
