Role Overview
The AI Strategy Leader will serve as a strategic advisor, technical expert, and innovation catalyst for enterprise AI initiatives.
This role combines deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies with strong business acumen to guide organizations on adopting, scaling, and governing AI solutions responsibly.
The strategist will lead discovery, solution design, and implementation oversight of AI-driven transformations.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Strategy & Technology Leadership
- Define enterprise-level AI strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends.
- Identify AI/ML opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enable new digital capabilities.
- Guide decision makers on technology selection, architecture patterns, and AI platform roadmaps.
- Establish AI governance frameworks covering ethics, compliance, model lifecycle, and risk mitigation.
2. Solution Design & Architecture
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions using modern tools (LLMs, Agentic AI, LLMOps, cloud-native AI, etc).
- Lead technical assessments, feasibility studies, and PoCs for emerging AI technologies.
- Ensure architectural scalability, performance, and security across AI systems.
3. AI Implementation Leadership
- Oversee AI model development, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Provide hands-on guidance on prompt engineering, RAG design, model fine-tuning, and responsible AI practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and business SMEs.
- Ensure alignment between project outcomes and business value expectations.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, explaining complex AI concepts in business-friendly language.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs to build AI literacy across the organization.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable implementation plans.
- Develop proposals, business cases, and ROI models for AI investments.
5. Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Monitor global AI trends, tools, and industry use cases to bring innovative solutions to clients.
- Publish internal/external whitepapers, frameworks, and accelerators supporting AI adoption.
- Mentor junior consultants, engineering teams, and client stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of GenAI, large language models (LLMs), Agentic AI, cloud AI services, and MLOps practices.
- Experience with cloud AI and Data services.
- Solid grounding in NLP, Computer Vision, predictive modeling, and data engineering fundamentals.
- Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and model evaluation techniques.
Consulting & Leadership Skills
- Proven experience delivering AI programs in consulting or enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive decision-making in complex environments.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
