Role Description

As a Scrum Master at Rimini Street, you will play a key role in supporting and coaching software development teams to deliver tax, regulatory compliance, and reporting updates for clients in over 190 countries. You will foster high-performing teams, promote Agile practices, and help deliver value to our clients.

• Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring their purpose and value are achieved
• Coach teams and Product Owners in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress
• Maintain and improve team standards, tools, and best practices
• Provide Agile training and promote a continuous improvement mindset
• Collaborate with management and other teams to enhance visibility and value delivery
• Partner with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share learnings and drive organizational improvement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve the flow of value delivery across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the technology industry

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
