ScoutLab.io is a Private Equity backed FinTech firm that is rapidly disrupting the K-1 financial industry with its AI-driven technology. The Account Manager will be the primary contact for clients, managing and growing a portfolio while focusing on securing renewals and identifying revenue expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring continued utilization of K1 products
- Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts, working closely with finance, sales, client success, and operations teams
- Monitor account health metrics and revenue indicators to predict and prevent potential churn
- Lead negotiations and support the close of renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and act on cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze client data in collaboration with the client success team to ensure optimal usage and additional product engagement of the platform.
Skills
- 3+ years of SaaS AM, Tax and or accounting software experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Sales roles
- FinTech experience
- Proven experience with deal-making, negotiations, and managing client relationships in a revenue-driven environment
- Ability to solve complex problems and provide data-driven insights
- Experience working with data analytics tools, CRMs, or client reporting systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Previous experience working in a startup environment
- Strong background in financial technology or enterprise-level tech companies
- Strong experience with client success software such as Gainsight and Hubspot
