Key Objectives

  • Deliver prompt, clear, and professional support to customers via chat platforms.
  • Resolve product, order, and service-related inquiries efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex issues effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat with accuracy and empathy.
  • Provide detailed product information, order status updates, and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions when appropriate.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback using CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the logistics, sales, and quality assurance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of FAQs and chat scripts to improve response quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Stello Foods’ product offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or chat support, preferably within the Food & Beverages sector.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficient typing skills with the ability to maintain speed and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and industry regulations is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
