Ongoing Social Media Designer & Content Creator (Monthly)

We are seeking a skilled social media designer and content creator for ongoing monthly work across multiple client brands. This project will serve as an application for long-term, recurring projects (minimum 5 posts per month, with a negotiable budget).

We’re looking for someone who understands brand, audience, and visual quality — not just posting for the sake of posting.

What You’ll Do

• Create original social media content using existing brand assets from client websites
• Develop the concept, written content, and designed graphics for each post
• Design a mix of:
• Simple, clean imagery-based posts
• More intentional, designed graphics using typography and layout
• Match existing brand style and tone based on prior social media posts and brand materials
• Confidently generate content ideas aligned with each client’s audience and goals

Design Requirements

• Graphics must be designed in Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent professional design tools)
• We are not looking for Canva-only designers
• Strong attention to detail and consistency is essential

Trial Project (Paid Application)

As part of the application, you will create 2 example social media posts, including both copy and graphics (you can use any logo as a placeholder for the companies):

Post 1: Church Architecture Client

• Audience: Executive Pastors & Church Leadership
• Style: Corporate, clean, professional, refined

Post 2: Ultrasound Systems Sales Company

• Audience: Hospital Managers & Healthcare Decision Makers
• Style: Corporate, medical-industry, trustworthy, polished

The goal is to evaluate how well you

• Understand different industries and audiences
• Adapt design and messaging appropriately
• Deliver high-quality, ongoing social content
