Director - Digital / Social Media Marketing - Contract to Hire

We are seeking a leader to manage our brand presence across digital platforms, drive audience growth and engagement, and ensure our digital presence supports business goals, demand generation, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a hands-on operator, combining creativity with data-driven decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
1) Create and manage the company’s global social media strategy across all key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
2) Develop and lead a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
3) Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and platforms to optimize digital performance, including campaign management and related tools such as HubSpot.
4) Oversee digital marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI reporting.
5) Establish KPIs and dashboards for digital channels, campaigns, and social performance.
6) Use data and insights to inform strategy, improve engagement, and increase conversions.
7) Engage with the internal sales team to facilitate MQL to SQL conversion.
