Immediate Hire: Social Media Growth Specialist for NTM (Fast Results Needed Before January 1st)

National Technology Management (NTM) is seeking an experienced Social Media Growth Specialist who can rapidly scale real, high-quality followers across all NTM social media channels. This role requires someone who understands strategic, ethical follower growth and can deliver visible traction before January 1.

Candidates must also have GoHighLevel experience, as we want our growth performance tracked inside a simple GHL dashboard or reporting system.

Responsibilities

You will execute a full, data-driven growth system:

1. Social Audience Growth Strategy

Build targeted growth plans per platform

Identify and engage ideal B2B audiences (IT, MSP, restoration, executives, business owners)

Competitor and industry engagement research

2. Daily Execution & Engagement

Engage with niche communities, hashtags, and industry accounts

Ethical follow/unfollow strategies (no bots or low-quality methods)

Commenting, outreach, and visibility boosting

Optimize and leverage existing content for more reach

3. Content Optimization

Recommend optimal posting schedule and content structure

Improve impressions, engagement, and reach

Support creative direction to attract more followers

4. LinkedIn Growth Expertise (Required)

Expand targeted connections

Engage in professional groups

Strengthen company page authority

Daily micro-engagement with strategic accounts

5. GoHighLevel Tracking & Dashboard Reporting

Since NTM operates inside GHL, you will be responsible for:

Creating a simple GoHighLevel dashboard or reporting system showing:

Followers gained per platform

Engagement metrics

Reach + impressions

Weekly growth trends

Percentage growth week-over-week

Updating reporting weekly

Providing clear insights and recommendations

(We do not need a complex build — just clean, accurate, visually clear tracking.)

Requirements

✔ GoHighLevel experience — enough to create dashboards or tracking reports
