We’re looking for a dynamic Virtual Social Media Assistant to help us engage with millions of fans and take our online presence to the next level. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the voice of one of the top online cooking shows, cultivating active communities, and driving growth across multiple platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day-to-Day Social Media Management: Oversee community engagement, scheduling, and campaign execution across platforms with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Content Creation & Scheduling: Prepare, write, and schedule posts that align with the content calendar, ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging that reflects our brand.
  • Analytics-Driven Strategy: Regularly review performance data, identify trends, and experiment with growth-oriented content strategies.
  • Collaborative Insight Sharing: Work closely with the team to provide real time feedback and insights from our audience, helping to refine our social media approach.

  • Food & Baking Enthusiast: Passion for food, especially baking, with an understanding of how to connect with audiences through culinary content.
  • Strong Written Communication: Attention to detail, particularly in writing, ensuring clarity and engagement in all posts.
  • Problem Solver: Self-sufficient in resolving issues but knows when to escalate them if necessary.
  • Remote Work Experience: Comfortable and efficient working remotely, using tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
