Marketing Assistant (Email & Social Content Execution)

We’re hiring a detail-oriented marketing assistant to own the execution of content across several fast-growing brands in short-term rentals, property management, and media. Your job is to take a clear strategy and consistently drive it forward, creating marketing content that leads to bookings, listens, and ticket sales.
You won’t just “post on social.” You’ll run a tight, results-driven content engine that turns ideas into action, campaigns into conversions, and vision into measurable results. If you’re the type who thrives on structure, rhythm, and getting things done without needing to be chased, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Writing and scheduling 2–4 branded marketing emails each week across multiple brands
- Creating and posting 3–5 social media posts weekly, aligned to brand voice and performance goals
- Managing and maintaining a marketing calendar that supports launches, seasonal campaigns, and weekly engagement
- Writing clear, emotionally resonant copy that connects with the audience and drives action
- Taking feedback in the early phase, then moving toward full ownership of content execution without micromanagement

You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do, you figure it out and get it done
You can take a rough idea or headline and turn it into clean, polished content
This Role Is Not For You If
- You need step-by-step instructions to execute
- You rely on AI tools to write your content (assisting with content ok)
- You struggle with deadlines or follow-through
- You avoid feedback or get defensive when asked to revise
Bonus Points If You
Have experience in real estate, short-term rentals, or hospitality
Have a design eye or basic graphic skills to complement your copy.
What Success Looks Like After 90 Days
Campaigns are going out consistently and without needing reminders
Marketing content is driving direct bookings, podcast listens, or event sales
You’ve taken full ownership of the calendar and content workflow
You’re operating with minimal input and delivering on deadlines
