Hi — I’m building a healthcare-operations company that will act as the full Medicaid-eligibility department for skilled-nursing facilities (in NY/NJ, with plans to expand).
I need an Airtable + automation expert to build our entire operational backend:
Airtable base with tables for Facilities, Residents, Medicaid Cases, Tasks, Documents — with linked records, formulas, statuses, permissions.
Automations: intake form → record creation, document-upload handling (HIPAA-compliant), status-based triggers, reminders, weekly reporting emails, dashboards for facility admins.
Integration with Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail), e-signature (DocuSign or similar), form intake (Jotform or similar), and secure document handling.
Clean interface / dashboard for staff use (easy to read; minimal training).
Documentation of the workflow, SOPs, and a short training guide for future staff.
If you have experience building no-code systems (Airtable + Zapier/Make/n8n + Google Workspace + secure document handling), I’d like to start immediately.
