Short-Form Social Content Manager (TikTok + Instagram Reels) – DTC Apparelpost

We’re a DTC apparel brand looking for a hands-on short-form social content manager to run day-to-day TikTok and Instagram Reels content.
This role is about execution and learning, not just posting polished videos. We already have strong visual assets — your job is to turn them into consistent short-form output and help us understand what content actually resonates.
What you’ll do
Publish 1–2 short-form videos per day on TikTok and Instagram Reels
Repurpose existing brand footage, lifestyle clips, influencer videos, and user-generated content (real customers wearing the product)
Write strong hooks and captions that stop the scroll
Test formats, hooks, and messaging to see what performs
Light engagement on comments and DMs
Share simple weekly insights on what worked and what didn’t
This is a good fit if you
Understand TikTok and Reels culture intuitively
Have worked with DTC or apparel brands (big plus)
Move fast and don’t over-polish
Think in hooks, not just aesthetics
This role is not: graphic design, paid ads, or influencer negotiations (yet).
We’ll start with a paid trial period and grow from there if it’s a fit.
