📱 Social Media Manager (Posting, Engagement, Growth)

What you’ll do

• Own day-to-day posting and scheduling across platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc. including writing captions
• Engage with fans and key accounts: comment, reply, like, follow, repost (with taste)
• Monitor trends, sounds, and hashtags—and adapt content and strategy accordingly
• Track performance and help iterate on what’s working

You should have

1–2+ years experience managing a creator, brand, or music artist’s accounts

Clear examples of social growth and engagement strategies that worked

Understanding of platform native language

Taste. Voice. Rhythm. You know when to jump in, when to hold back, and how to keep fans excited.
