Social Media Specialist for Digital Marketing Project

This is a smaller project in terms of hours, but the client is open to expanding the scope depending on the analysis and proposed strategy. Before any contract begins, we need someone who is willing to review the brand’s current social media presence and share a brief proposed strategy. Background

I’m looking for someone to help manage Facebook and Instagram for a hospitality-based small business with a fun, retro-inspired brand and a focus on outdoor experiences. The property offers multiple types of lodging and has a variety of on-site amenities. More detailed information about the business will be provided to applicants who ask or move forward in the process.

The Problem

The business has had some success with paid social and previously worked with a social media manager who established a solid brand voice. However, they now want more creativity, more energy, and fresh ideas to drive engagement and traffic.

The Job

We’re looking for someone who can collaborate closely with both the owners and myself (digital marketing manager). Posting frequency is typically 3–4 posts per month, but this may fluctuate. Content will be shared across Facebook and Instagram (subject to change).

This is a part-time role with a limited starting budget, averaging around 8–12 hours per month (subject to change). Strong performance may lead to more hours, a larger budget, and future opportunities as I continue building my digital marketing agency.

We want someone who is excited to help a small business grow, enjoys creativity, and wants to be part of a collaborative team. The client is looking for someone passionate, so please keep that in mind.
