I’m looking for a reliable, US-based assistant to help with posting social media content for my brand.

All content will be fully provided by me.

Upload and post content to: TikTok & Instagram (Reels)

Copy-paste captions, hooks and hashtags exactly as provided

Post according to a clear schedule I’ll share

❌ No content creation

Requirements

1. Must be physically located in the United States

2. Familiar with posting on TikTok and Instagram

3. Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent

4. Able to follow instructions exactly

5. Comfortable posting from your own US device/IP

Time Commitment

Approx. 1–3 hours per week

Ongoing / long-term if we’re a good fit
