U.S.–Based Social Media Content Assistant (Canva, CapCut, Email, Copywriting)

We're looking for a U.S.-based Content Assistant who understands brand consistency, aesthetics, and execution. This role supports our social media process — taking creative direction and turning it into finished assets that feel polished, intentional, and on-brand.
You’ll help bring ideas to life across Instagram, TikTok, and email by creating graphics, basic edits, and simple copy that aligns with the tone and visual identity of our clients. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can follow instructions without missing details, and enjoy producing content that looks like it belongs in 2025—not 2014—this role might be for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create branded graphics using Canva (templates provided)
Edit short-form videos in CapCut
Write concise captions, hooks, and CTAs using ChatGPT responsibly (no AI-sounding fluff)
Schedule posts using tools like Metricool, Later, or Buffer
Format and send simple promotional emails in Mailchimp
Follow detailed instructions without multiple revisions
Communicate clearly and update status proactively
REQUIREMENTS
Must be U.S.-based (no exceptions)
Portfolio of real social content (Reels, TikToks, graphics, or emails)
Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate workflows — not replace thinking
Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality
Understands current social trends and aesthetics (not dated, cheesy, or generic)
Responds within 24 hours and respects timelines
BONUS POINTS
(Not required but impressive)
Experience editing UGC-style videos
Strong eye for typography, layout, and color
Familiarity with Mailchimp automation
Understanding of luxury, wellness, or lifestyle branding
