Video creation and social media editing coach - plus instagram tictok and capcut

Job Description

I’m looking to hire a virtual video editing coach who can teach me step-by-step how to create high-quality videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok using CapCut and native Instagram tools.

This is not just editing—I need someone who can guide me, teach me, and walk me through the process live until I feel confident doing it on my own.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 virtual coaching sessions (Zoom preferred)
• Teach me how to:
• Edit videos in CapCut (text overlays, timing, transitions, voiceovers, filters, effects)
• Build Instagram Reels from scratch
• Adjust pacing and timing for storytelling
• Add captions, hooks, covers, and transitions
• Upload and optimize reels inside Instagram
• Troubleshoot problems when things don’t work as expected
• Give me simple workflows I can repeat on my own
• Help me create a clean, professional content style that fits my brand
• Be patient, supportive, and able to explain tech in a simple, clear way

Requirements

• Expert in CapCut and Instagram Reels
• Comfortable teaching beginners
• Strong communication and screen-sharing skills
• Ability to meet live for short lessons (15–30 mins or more)
• Experience with social media content creation, storytelling, and trends
• Kind, patient, and supportive teaching style is a MUST

Nice to Have

• Experience working with authors, speakers, or personal brands
• Ability to suggest music, hooks, and pacing for emotional healing content
• Knowledge of Instagram growth best practices
