Project Overview

We produce educational YouTube videos based on Google Slide decks. We need a contractor to help streamline and scale our content production workflow across three core steps: slide deck prep → AI script prep → screencast recording.

1. Update & Reorganize Slide Decks

• Re-order slides using an extension such as Randomize Slides by Alice Keeler (based on existing slide decks we provide) (future opportunity to create new slide decks from different question/answer sets)
• Update slide numbers to match the new order (same content, new sequence).
• Make small text formatting edits only (NOT content edits—unless something looks incorrect, in which case ask before changing anything)

2. Prepare a Clean Script for AI Voice

Extract all slide text into a script and adjust for natural AI speech:

• Convert ALL CAPS to sentence case
• Replace symbols with spoken equivalents (e.g., “=” → “equals”)
• Remove awkward breaks
• Ensure the script flows smoothly for narration

Generate the AI speech via Adobe Firefly (Generate Speech feature).

3. Record a Screencast Synced to the Script

• Record a screencast of the slides in Google Slides presenter mode
• Minimum output specs:
• 1280×720 (HD)
• 4K/60 FPS preferred
• Using Bandicam, OBS, or your tool of choice (as long as quality is comparable)
• Perfectly sync slide changes to the prepared script (timing and pacing matter)
• Keep transitions smooth and consistent with the examples on our channel

Deliverables

• Updated Google Slide deck (reordered, renumbered)
• Cleaned-up AI narration script (Google Doc)
• Final MP4 video(s)
• Ideally 1 MP4 per full deck
• But delivering every 10 slides as a separate MP4 is acceptable if needed for AI voice length restrictions

Ideal Candidate

• Strong screencasting experience
• Excellent attention to detail (especially timing/sync)
• Comfortable editing text for clarity and readability
• Experience with Adobe Firefly AI voice or similar tools (helpful but not required)
• Bonus: familiarity with healthcare or educational content
