Social Strategist (Mid-Level) — Agency Experience Required

Multiply is an earned-first creative agency working with leading beverage and food CPG brands. We’re looking for a mid-level Social Strategist with 2–4 years of agency experience who can confidently execute across content, paid social, analytics, and community management.
This is not an entry-level role.
You should have
- 2–4 years of agency social media experience
- Some experience with well known brands is expected
- Hands-on experience across social content, paid social, analytics, and community management
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong platform knowledge (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook)
- Comfort working in tools like Sprout, Hootsuite, AI tools, and native analytics
- Clear, confident writing and attention to detail
- NYC metro area location (required)
You’ll do
- Ideate and help create content
- Execute social strategy and manage content calendars
- Publish and optimize content across platforms
- Manage community engagement and sentiment
- Support paid social execution and performance tracking
- Pull insights and contribute to client reporting
- Collaborate with creative, PR, and strategy teams
Nice to have
- CPG, food, or beverage experience
- Influencer or creator coordination
- Earned-first or PR-integrated social experience
